I had the good fortune to work with and get to know Eric over the course of five or so years and found him to be a soft, sweet soul in an oftentimes tough, cold world that doesn't seem to have a safe place for the full depth and breadth of all the personalities that comprise this peopled planet.   His soft soul and open spirit will be sorely missed.

Thank you Eric. You were very welcoming when Mario and I joined the Green Team. We shared many converstaions and laughs. The last time we worked together we shared a good old fashion cry. The loved you had for others was amazing and so were you. We will miss you my friend. I know you are watching and smiling over us, and your will always be in our hearts. Gone but never forgotten.

For my son Eric from dad. May you be in peace. 3/24/86-5/4/20.
"I have come to drag you out of yourself, and take you in my heart.
I have come to bring out the beauty you never knew you had, and lift you like a prayer to the sky"

To Eric from dad. Forever in my heart son, forever in my heart.
I'm gonna live forever,
I'm gonna cross that river,
I'm gonna catch tomorrow now...

My dear, sweet, beautiful nephew. I will miss you terribly, Eric. You always had such a special place in my heart,  from the time you were a tiny boy. I always felt such love from you, and I hope that you could always feel mine. Thank you for all the joy you brought us all. You will be forever loved and missed.  Rest in peace, sweetheart.

I’ll never, ever forget you, Eric. Not your half-cracked smile, not your mischievous laugh, not your endless jokes, not your soft words, and your punk as f*ck attitude toward the world. I’ll remember you, always.
Rest easy my old friend, and I’ll see you in the next life.

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
