Many staff at the Castro Valley Library truly miss Mr. Kern's almost daily visits to our facility to pick up his book holds for himself and his wife. He always greeted us nicely along with his happy demeanor, plus his smile. He made us feel "important" and got to know a little about us personally. A very fine and great gentleman.
