Elli's Tharp was our best friends Dad. We always knew we could talk to him and he would be a kind and helpful. I knew I could always come to him. After my husband died Elli's, Peggy and Ray were there for me and my daughter. Elli's and Ray even took us in when my daughter and I lost our home and had no where to go. I am thankful for Ellis and his kindness. May he rest in peace with Peggy.
