Mrs. Cosner was a very important person to my father, Henry Bullock, my mother, Pat Bullock, and me, Tricia Branch. She had a joyous spirit in the office and saw the sense of humor when times were tough. I'm just so sorry that I did not know how to get in touch with her sooner.
