We will celebrate their lives at a joint funeral at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 12 at the Bon Air Presbyterian Church, 9201 W. Huguenot Rd., Richmond, VA.
I went to Nursing school with "Betty" class 1977. She was upbeat, motivated, and engaged in promoting nursing and Old Dominion. She was President of the Student Nurses Association. She developed and directed numerous health fairs and screenings on campus opened to the public. Many people found medical problems in their early stages because of her devotion. Know she is with the Lord.
