My sincerest condolences to the Cotter family.  I remember Betsey from our days at NDA. I can hear her laughter as she regaled us with another adventure of hers. She was a great person who went on to change many lives. I am so fortunate to have had her walk alongside me for a brief period of her remarkable life.
