Elaine is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, James, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Their love was a testament to the power of commitment and support. Elaine is also survived by her two children, Nina Kohnen (and her husband Michael of Wellesley, Massachusetts) and Andrew Lang (and his wife Leslie of Chesterfield, Missouri). She was a "Nana" to her six grandchildren

In addition to her immediate family, Elaine is survived by her sister, Mary Skweres, and her husband Ron. The bond between Elaine and her sister was unbreakable, and their shared memories will continue to bring comfort and strength to Mary and the entire family. Elaine will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and dedication to her family, and community. May she rest in peace.
