Sadly, I am just finding this today but I am thankful to find it. Elaine was important to me after I moved from Kansas to the Boston area about 21 years ago. I worked with her in Waltham. I was freshly married, no kids, and excited to be in/near a big city. I think she doubted my naïve, midwestern friendliness, but I proved New Englanders WILL come to a potluck. Miss you, Elaine!
