Mom always loved animals. As long as I can remember we had multiple dogs & cats in our home.
And taking in strays when they arrived!
When they moved to Hollister and raised their Llamas & Alpacas, you could see her love in her care of these sometimes unruly animals.
She always had love in her HEART!

If Roses Grow in Heaven
By Dolores M. Garcia

If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go aw

Mom loved to plant and take care of her roses and instilled  a love of gardening.
I will always remember my mom as being there to help with teaching what she knew about life.
She tended to her gardens and our household pets with love and care.
She instilled in her children as well as her grandchildren a love of animals.
I learned how to be a good wife & mother myself watching you care

I cannot be there for the memorial service.  But I remember many fun times at your home in Sunnyvale and trips to Pinecrest.  I am glad she had the last good part of her with your Dad caring/raising  the Alpacas and Llamas. All my love to you and the family, Cynthia
