I had the pleasure of working with Mike Dockel at Otto in 1986. At Marcella's I asked Ed if he knew him and he said yes but he has passed on. Mike was a nice guy I remember him well from years ago. Sorry to say Ed I just read of your passing and I am sad again! I'm sure Mike has welcomed you into heaven with open arms..RIP
