I did not know Mr Evans but I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to his family. I know it's not easy to lose someone you love to death. We are promised that we will see our loved one's again. Acts 24 : 15, Psalms 37 : 29, Isaiah 25 verse 8 gives us more comfort for today and hope for the future. Just think how much God wants us to live forever and how much he loves us!
As a Bible Student and did not know Mr. Evans personally I want to take this unfortunate time to remind you that we "were" promised everlasting life thru the "ransom" of Jesus Christ (Jo. 3:16), and that we have the promise of a resurrection to a Paradisiac Earth(Jo. 5: 28,29,& Ge, 2:17) from a God who cannot lie to a cleansed Earth (Titus 1:2 , Ps. 37: 9,10, 29) Be comforted,
I went to high school with Eddie and his wife Linda. They were great friends in school and he will be missed.
I attended Thomas Dale High School with Eddie and Linda. I particularly cherish the memory of time spent with them in later years planning class reunions. He was a deeply good man, loving husband and friend, a great sense of humor, to be always remembered. My sincere condolences and love to Linda and family. In the sure and certain knowledge of His resurrection. Bobbie Sligh Sanford
