I met (Uncle) Ed when my boyfriend (his nephew) and I drove down to Virginia to spend Thanksgiving with him and his family. Though I had never met him, he embraced me with open arms and really made me feel at ease throughout the duration of our stay. I felt as though I was already a member of the family.
