Kip will live in my heart forever. An unforgettable friend and  true gentleman—only begin to describe him. It is an honor and a gift to know Kip. How lucky I am to have such a person in my memories.

I am writing to offer my condolences to your family.  Death isn't anything that God ever planned for us.  I have found this Scripture to be of comfort to me.  It's found at Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces". Please visit our website at www.jw.org to learn more about God's promises .

Kip was someone who added value wherever he worked and was an ultimate professional and gentleman in all circumstances. It was an honor to be his contemporary and occasional colleague. Kip earned his keep on the planet.
Condolences,
Chip Barclay

Kip was my best friend at the Shady Hill School in Cambridge, Mass.  I held him in high regard and with affection, was thoroughly pleased with his success in Washington, and always wished that we had kept in closer touch when we both worked in DC.  I last saw him while he was testifying at a hearing chaired by my boss, Rep. Tom Petri, but chose not to distract him.  I wish I'd followed up.

Sincere condolences for Kips family.  Kip was a remarkable leader, who inspired many.  May he rest in peace.  I was fortunate to work under his leadership.  He will be missed.

Our days at Department of Transportation were so incredibly special with Kip at the helm. His contagious enthusiasm is legendary!  Jim and I are so saddened by his passing. Sending all of our love to Janet and family.

Dear Janet, I remember when you and Kip first met when we were all working in the US Congress. I know that you have many warm memories of your years together, and I hope that gives you comfort at this difficult time. Kip was clearly special to a lot of people. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.
