My Dad. The first man I’ve ever loved. You were and continue to be my view of what a loving husband and father should be. You loved unconditionally and was an inspiration to our family, when for 12 years you were the primary caregiver for our late mother, who had suffered a stroke. You took such good care of Mom. Distance limited our time for visitation, but I will treasure our weekly Sunday morning telephone chats. You were the constant in my life and while death is inevitable, an immense sadness remains. I will miss you for the rest of my life.
With love, your Daughter Renee.
My deepest sympathy’s and condolences to Renee Wilkerson Brown and Wayne Wilkerson for the loss of your Dad. He has now been rejoined with the love of his life Rose. Keep that in mind when you are missing him and remember he has not really left you he’s just with you in a different form ~
Rest In Peace Uncle Calvin ~
I am very thankful to have had the most wonderful Grandparents. I will never forget how thoughtful and loving both you and Grandma were to us grandkids. From riding roller coasters with us at Kings Dominium, to playing four corners every night, and you joining our ridiculous relay races; you leave wonderful memories that l’ll always cherish. I Love you Grandpa, give Grandma a kiss for me!
Happy Birthday Dad,
Love you.
Wayne
