Dear Tancinco family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Dr Tancinco was a very good friend of my father, Dr Fortunato Torres-Yap. In fact, Dr Tancinco and his wife were my God parents. They were all in Ohio together when I was born. Searching for him, I found this. God bless him and his wife, Alma. They are together now in Heaven.
