I am so sorry to hear the loss of Mr. Waters. My children attend Monacan where he was the security guard .He was a very loved man my daughter was Mr. Waters on seniors take over She  was so excited that he had picked her she loved him so much and would come  home everyday with a story to share he will be truly missed. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time
