I remember Doug from ROTC at Fremont High School. Later I was happy to see that he and I would up in the same Masonic lodge, due to several mergers.

I was honored to work with Doug at SJMN. Doug was an inspiration and the best mentor I ever had. After Doug retired we kept in contact through email. I always enjoyed our many conversations.
