I can still see you sitting on your tailgate smiling at me as I drove up the driveway. I miss and love you Dad.

We always had fun getting into something down in the holler.  This was our last shenanigan, I wanted a big bond fire to have a hot dog roast after a day of wood cutting with the Wolfe men, so while I was down at the house getting all the food together pawpaw thought it would be funny to build this!  Notice the very long sticks!  Funny and a great day doing what he loved cutting wood!

Always enjoyed visiting Tammy and Kevin cause we are probably having a party!!! Once I was helping  put some furniture together with Dorsey Our hands were full and I was dropping parts and he was dropping things and I said Here Dorsey let me hold your nuts!!! We've been friends since. I will miss seeing him at the Wolfe parties. He Loved us all.

First thing Dorsey said to me was "are you a country boy or a city boy?, but we were able to find common ground and things to talk about.  I'll always miss going over for dinner, hanging out on weekends, watching wildlife and sharing experiences.  Dorsey would smile or chuckle almost every time I spoke.  Maybe I amused him but I always felt accepted and loved.  Miss you always Pops.
