Dearest Mom - No words can express how much we love you and appreciate all of the love and sacrifices you have made for your family. You were so kind and blessing to many, writing notes of encouragement, praying for those in need, unfailingly supporting your family and truly being a model of loving kindness and forgiveness for all of us. I will miss you always. xo Stephanie

I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to the entire Wilkie family on the loss of Dorothy. I had the privilege of knowing her in my youth and worked with her at Tewksbury State Hospital. Dorothy was a very special lady. I will remember her fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with Dorothy and her family. Deb (Morris) Goodwin
Tucked away are the many notes I received from you over the years, notes of encouragement, hope, and inspiration. I thank you, Dorothy, for the comfort and love they still bring. Now as you are resting peacefully in God's love, I hold in my heart and cherish our recent music sessions together, my Mondays with you. Thank you, dear heart, for being you. I will love you, "Always"!
Dot will always be part of my memories of Christmas past. She welcomed me and my husband Paul into her house for many Christmas Eves, because a friend of her daughter's was her friend too. She had a big heart, and her house instantly felt like home with the glow of warmth and humor she shared with her husband and children. I am forever grateful that I got to know such a wonderful woman.
Thank you for the inspiration and the fine family you created Mrs. Wilkie. I have truly enjoyed the benefits of your work. Much Love from the Carey's!
