Tomi was a beautiful person in many ways. Her friendship held much meaning for me and I was enriched by it. Her great talent as an artist/painter was inspiring. One lasting example and a major work  graces the entrance way at Pohai Nani, where I was fortunate in meeting her as a neighbor.
