The world is a poorer place with the passing of this kind and generous woman. No problem was too hard to solve or too unimportant to deserve her attention.

Dottie was a woman of extraordinary warmth and kindness who reached out to everyone.  She was reknowned for her ability to solve problems in an intelligent and fair manner. She was admired and loved by her many friends.
