Eliz and I became good friends late in life. We clicked in a fitness class as we puffed and huffed at the back of the room. Her sense of humour kept me in stitches, and our love of soups, gardens, architecture, books, and so much more made our Thursdays together so memorable. I will carry Eliz with me in my thoughts and heart
always. What a dynamic individual!
I met Elizabeth through San Jose Woman's Club. Always ready with a dry wit, a helping hand, and a kind word when needed. We enjoyed many book discussion together at the SJWC Besse Book Group. The world is smaller without her.
It was truly fate that brought us together or maybe just the need for friends. Our similar experiences and interests have kept us in touch. Even being born in the same month under the same zodiac sign. We were meant to be friends. You will be missed dear friend I will think of you every time I walk into my garden. Your advise was priceless. I only wish we could have lived closer together.
My fellow pea of 2015! I loved giving you rides while we talked about the pleasures of gardening and getting lost in all the good books.
