I was Dot's manager at Chippenham/HCA for several years until she retired. I always appreciated Dot's work ethic, professionalism and extraordinary customer service skills. I equally enjoyed many, many conversations with Dot and Woody about their family ... to whom she was so devoted and bragged-on constantly! Dot was a "class act" and she will be forever and fondly remembered.
