You could hear the soft clomp of the heel in the new clogs that Dori proudly wore coming down the stairway. It wasn't just her footwear that announced a special being entering the room. What you saw was a petite and impeccably groomed, fully enchanting, almost centenarian who was a brilliant and comedic storyteller. Dori's passion danced into our hearts. We will miss her dearly.

;My friend, and sometimes client, Dori was a first class lady, always. She was smart, aware of her surroundings; and her children, grandchildren and friends were always in the forefront of her thoughts. She was savvy of her business  and sharp in her memory and in current events. It was a joy to receive a telephone call from Dori to discuss an issue or to  schmooze . I will miss her!
