Doree was part of my life at Seacliff Visitors Center. We volunteered together teaching children who came on school field trips.  She was so very kind, passionate, and caring. She even interviewed me for her stories about the Second Fifty Years. She loved talking about her daughters and travel. What an amazing woman! Glad to have shared time with her. Hugs to her family.

Doree was always the calm and reasoned person on the Santa Cruz Community Television Board when we served together.  Over the years of out time on the CTV Board Doree spoke with a soft voice which disguised all the work she had done as a program producer on Community Television. Doree was a very accomplished person who paved a path for many to follow. My condolences to her family.
