I am very sad to learn about the passing of Don Gerwin.  I knew Don from Rotary, and from Trinity Presbyterian Church.  Don was a gentle, kind person.  My condolences to Donna, his family, and all who are grieving the loss of this sweet man.  God bless.

We are so very sad to lose Don. What an awesome family man. Most of us only dream of what Don was able to accomplish, from being an Eagle Scout to completing the Appalachian Trail of 2,184 miles. He was always willing to lend a hand, researched & planned adventurous cousins & friends group vacations. His was a life well lived in love and integrity. We love & miss our hero.  Jan &Larry

To Donna-
I was surprised to find my childhood friend had passed.
If this was the same "Donnie" Gerwin that lived with me in the 59's at Leewood Circle, Eastchester, NY. and had a dog named "Taffy".
I adored that animal and played with him whenever I came over to play with Donnie. I'm 81
