I remember Don fondly as my Superintendent at IBM. It was through working with Don that I learned you should lead people by treating them with dignity and respect. Thank you Don for your friendship and leadership.
Don and I worked together briefly at Whistle Communications (an IBM acquisition) in Foster City, CA. He was truly a gentleman in every way in which he treated customers, suppliers and employees. He was always courteous, respectful, thoughtful and patient.. He always spoke lovingly of his wife Joann and his boys who I believe were the center of his universe. Thank you Don for you friendship
