If you knew Dennis you were blessed with the opportunity to meet and know a great American hero.
He had a passion for family and a deep seeded sense of community. He was a son, an uncle and a leader and a calming voice to me at times when I needed it.
Farewell my sensitive and loving brother. How fortunate for me that you were my brother. Lovingly,
To My Wonderful Brother,
As I told you I have been the luckiest woman on earth to have had you as a friend and brother. You are my hero for all the love and compassion you shared in your life. Thank you Dennis. I love you, Katie
As Christmas draws close and I reflect on this year 2016 I am still saddened when I think about your passing. The year has not been great for sure but I think of you often and smile.
It's with tremendous sadness that I found your obituary online as I never thanked you for the mentoring you provided to me so very long ago at Fort Detrick. You took a risk on a young college student and held me to expectations higher than I had for myself. I'll forever be grateful for your kindness, confidence in me, and good hearted office antics...oh, that wicked sense of humor! RIP CSM
So very sad to hear that you are gone. I will always remember fondly your leadership, kindness and friendship. I wish i could have seen you just one more time to thank you for everything. I think of the time we spent together often. I learned so much from you about so many things. not just about service but about life. Thank you. Much love and respect RIP CSM. See you down the road. Cheers
You were a big part of our glory days growing up in Cambridge along with all the Leary’s, such great memories. Godspeed on this journey.
