Love you Dad.You'll be so missed. I had a dream of Ruel and Melba standing next to you and it made me weep for hours. I still weep just thinking about that dream. I know they welcomed you home. I know you are OK and in God's arms. It is the rest of us that have to deal with it...I will re-read the Cremation of Sam McGee.
Most sincere condolences to you and yours, Jon. I really enjoyed playing chess with Denis; he had excellent moves and challenged me in the game. We laughed the whole time. We would watch Super Bowl together, cheering our teams on. He had a great heart. I cherish my memories of Denis. I miss him. Until we meet again, my friend.
