I met David in the early 70's we were "friendly" competitors, colleagues in the publishing industry.over the
years, Our relationship reinforced when one of David's and Anne's daughters went to St Michael's College.
David was a gentleman in every sense of the word, a publishing "class act", great fun to be around. My sincere condolences to Anne and David's family.
