Oh Kay, I was in the midst of sending you 2 a greeting card, saying that I love your Christmas card & I saw that Dave had passed. I am so very sorry. You 2 had a beautiful relationship & Dave was such a kind & generous man. I am so sorry that I did not reach out sooner.
