I remember being in class with David in 1st grade at Mason-Rice. He was very nice; he taught me the signs for bathroom and dog. I'm sad I didn't get to know him better as an adult. May his memory be for a blessing.

My heart goes out to each of you in the family.  I knew David since he was 2, and started horseback riding . In all that time, his parents were fierce, and adoring advocates for all of his goals, joys, and happiness. He could not have picked a more amazing family. He taught me so much and I was privileged to see him in true joy and freedom on the back of a horse. He will always live in me
