My heart goes out to April and the rest of his family. I was the Manager of his apartment building for 3 years, and I knew him to be gentle, kind, sincere, and generous. He was timid, but always ALWAYS had a smile and a dumb joke for me when I'd see him. It breaks my heart to think of his last moments, how frightened he must have been. I wish I could have done something to save him.
