This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, David Edwards. We will remember him forever.
To know you was to love you. Every person whose life you touched was changed forever. Your spirit, your energy, your ability to find humor in every situation and make everyone laugh was your gift. I knew but did not fully realize until the second that you were gone how much I thought of you in every instance and circumstance. You made my world a loving and fun place to be. I’ll miss you.
That sparkling wit, that eternal class, that love for all. You will be truly missed by so many. A true Southern gentleman in all ways.
Brother, you were and always will be with me in memory and heart! We had many good fun times and some difficult times. Your positive attitude and love of life will inspire me to do the same! I love you and will miss you, always!!!
Uncle Tick.... I will sure miss your wit and the million questions you always asked me when I saw you. You are a definition of a True Fighter for that I’m proud to call myself your nephew. Until we meet again .I love you..
Your nephew,
Donald Rea
David you made a difference in everyone's life. Such a positive caring soul. You will be missed by many. Until we meet again sweet David. Fly high sweet One!
Mr. Edwards was a great neighbor. He had great energy, worked hard, and raised 2 great kids. I know he will be missed but he will never be forgotten. Praying for all of his family.
It has been over 50 years since I last saw David, but the memory of how kind he was to me as a younger kid has remained with me to this day. He was always fun and a delight to be around. It was exciting to find him on Facebook a year or so ago. His courage and fighting cancer is an inspiration. My continued thoughts and prayers go out to all his family.
I am so sorry to hear this news. I met David through his estate sales. He was quite a character and he always made my day brighter when I saw him. He seemed to move through the world with passion for the things he loved. The world is a little dimmer with him gone. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
