I am so incredibly sad to hear of the passing of Dave.  I worked with him at the Peace Corps office in Minneapolis. He was the best boss I’ve ever had. honestly the best. I have so many fond memories of his gentle demeanor, his supportive management style and his ability to make everyone in the room smile.  Hugs to his family!  Love, Erika (RPCV Nepal)
