He was a great man and a wonderful friend who helped through the toughest time of my life.  David gave me new life and a willingness to go on.  He was my brother and I thank God he was in my life.

You came into my life like a raging tornado, and captured my heart just as hard..... you will always have that piece of my heart, as our daughter will always have a piece of yours. I will always love you. Fly high with the angels now, and may we see each other again...

Dr. Belanger will forever be remembered for his kindness, understanding and yet stern direction given to my daughter Kelly when she was 13. She is a senior at FIT now and about to start a masters program in Art Therapy to carry on the therapy Dr. Belanger used to literally rescue her 8 yrs ago.  Gone too soon. We will be praying for his family in their time of loss.
