Danny was a second father & fantastic friend! Dan, aka Gran-Danny, was funny, caring and the ultimate B-S'r. Always prepared with the BEST inappropriate jokes, he would have everyone in the room laughing and standing around him to hear more. His passion when it came to cars was a lesson for all in what it mean to be a perfectionist. I will miss & remember you every day my friend. Derwood

I was married to Daniel’s son, David for nearly twenty years.  My children are Anne and Daniel.  I admired Danny’s friendliness and amazing social skills.  He loved people and had a gift of sharing stories that I won’t forget.  There was a comfort of just being present that was as mysterious as it was palpable.  He never met a crowd that was uncomfortable or someone he couldn’t talk with.
