In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Dan's memory may be made to the Second Parish Church of Hingham or to the Scituate Animal Shelter: https://scituateanimalshelter.org/donate
I knew Dan through our business relationship. We were a business forms manufacturer who provided printing products for some of his customers. At an earlier time a printed multiple part business form became known as a FAST Set A multiple part business form (a set) took the drudgery out of creating several original copies of a business correspondence. Hence, fast sets. Think of a time before multiple part business forms or copiers were used in business correspondence. A lot more typing or worse, hand writing.
In Dan’s great sense of humor he identified his company as “HAFF FAST” business forms.
Makes me laugh to this day.
Blessings to your memory, and your family.
