Dan was a "pioneer" in the present famous High School ST Edwards in Lakewood Ohio . A scholar, athlete and all around "nice guy". As a young freshman, I always looked up to men like Dan. He was definitely a leader and role model as is his brothers. As a leader, his family has been great contributors and example to all who attend the school today. We are all proud of the Holland family.

Pat and family -- so very sorry to hear of Dan's passing.  What a great guy he was!  You two were such a wonderful couple and stayed so active, and so involved in your children's lives. You clearly loved your enormous family so very much.  I know this will be a huge void for you all.  I send my deepest condolences.

Hollands, I just heard the news of Dan's passing. I  am so sorry. I loved when you came to OH for Thanksgiving, But my best memory was when I visited MA. I had just gotten my permit & he had me drive home from Boston.It took me a LONG time & he was so patient Prayers,Kelly Hughes

Hollands.  Dan was a close friend to me during my time at MIT and the fraternity.  I have thought of him often and was most surprised and appreciative when he took time to re-connect with me in recent years.  So sorry to read of his passing.  I send my sympathy to his family.
