I’m so sorry to the Steven’s family for your loss. Dan was a great man, boss and cook! I had the privilege to work for him at Luck #7. I was his ASM and I learned so much from him. He was a teddy bear under his gruff demeanor. He had a kind heart and loved his family, especially his beautiful Cali.  Hugs Steve and family.... sending prayers and hugs.

My heart goes out to your family. Dan was such a wonderful man. I became the Store Manager at Lucky #83 when Dan went to Store #7. I was so worried to follow after him with all the experience and knowledge he had. He was so awesome! He said "you're going to do fine". My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of this awesome man. I worked for Dan for many years at Fairway Park and was lucky enough to go with him to store 7. He was always fair and taught me so much about the grocery business. I would love to share all my stories and memories but not enough space! He was a wonderful, hard working, and fair manager. Best ever! He will be deeply missed.
