Craig was my roommate in med school at UCLA.  He was always the most honest, open, and welcoming person I knew.  We could be apart for a year, but after five minutes together it seemed like old times.  While I studied like crazy, he seemed to breeze through med school.  While I worried, he enjoyed.  Insightful, bright, yet tolerant and an absolute joy to be around.  I will miss him.

Craig was a medical school classmate and friend.    Medical training has a way of taking well rounded people and turning them into "Doctors".  I can't think of any other way to say it, but somehow Craig came through that and remained a "Real Person".  He did that better than anyone I know and that really did make him special, as many have acknowledged.  We will all miss him.
