Sincerest condolences extended to Chris' family and love ones..Very sad to learn of his untimely passing..Knew Chis professionally though his position as County Engineer and always found him to be fair, courteous and helpful in resolving the issues at hand, not just presenting roadblocks at each turn..I very much appreciated that in my dealings with him over the years. He will be missed.
