Memorial Tributes
Chris, Lisa, Nate and Emily were a large big part of my life when my son was young. We shared many a meal, camped in the Sierras, and hunted the backwoods for mushrooms. Chris was a good man and a good friend.I will miss him deeply. He was a brilliant botanist, historian, and knew a ton about California, its inhabitants and flora and fauna. Every time I was with chris I learned a lot!
