Kramer was such an awesome and kind friend to me long long ago.  A truly good guy.  I have lost touch with him but was so sad to hear of his passing.  I'm sending love, thoughts and prayers to  Tina and the rest of the Kramer family at this difficult time.  

I worked with Kramer for ten years at the water district. Chris was the best!! We called him " the Krame". I will never forget him! He just had a style .He was a gentlemen and a good friend to his friends. I remember when he would describe a wild weekend on a monday morning. I would tell him he needed to save money for retirement. He laughed and said, " I am retired now!" Love you Kramer..
