I am leaving this tribute on behalf of our family. My mother & Chiyo were good friends for so many years. They went on Cruises, Casino's lunch & other outings. She was one of the kindest and most caring souls. Always a smile on her face. Chiyo will be dearly missed here on earth by all, but heaven gained an angel. Bless you Chiyo! The Frances Nardone family.
