July 10 Just learned of Charlotte’s passing and was immediately saddened. I worked in the SBA office where Charlotte spent a few years working out of. She was always kind to the staff and to the contracting folks in other agencies. I knew her to be fair, honest and helpful. She looked forward to moving to Homer to a beautiful home. I’m so thankful she found happiness there. Rest in peace.
