A true gentleman left this world. He lost this battle after winning so many. He was respected and loved by his colleges and people who crossed his path.We are so saddened by his passing.He will be dearly missed. We had the privilege working with his brother Jim at Napier ERA for several years and enjoyed the caring, and generosity of his entire family. Rest in peace. He left a huge dent.

Every memory of Rich Napier is positive.  He had a great sense of humor and true compassion toward every person.  He was always such a gentleman - a fine and wonderful man.  I'm so sorry for the grief his family will endure.  Rich Napier will be greatly missed by many, many people.
