I met Charles 23 years ago at Richmond Decorating where we both worked. Charles was a very dear friend of mine and my husbands. we used to dance at all of the Christmas Parties. Even after he left Richmond Decorating we kept in touch with each other. He will be greatly miss by my husband and I.  Dale Burcham
