Worked with Chuck at The City of Berkeley in the early 200o's. What a lovely , warm, approachable and knowledgeable man.
Always had time to chat and a great smile.
So happy to have met him, my condolences to his family.

I worked with Chuck at DKS in the 1980s and at the City of Berkeley in the 1990s. I learned a lot from him but what stays with me are all the adjectives Adrian Merry uses.to describe Chuck. An unassuming but unforgettable man. My condolences to his family.
