Charles was a special kind of guy - One that would be hard to forget . Annie Fair and I will miss seeing him and talking with him at Hardee's. I could say more , but words don't cut it . Most of his friends new him better than  I did . Annie and her Daughter Kim . loved him in a special way. Rest in peace Charles , we will miss you
